Payment Policy



Welcome to Event Bee UK! This Payment Policy governs all ticket purchases and payment-related transactions made through our platform (website, mobile app, or in-person) for our events.

Accepted Payment Methods:


We accept the following payment methods for ticket purchases:

  • Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Bank Transfers (for bulk/corporate bookings, upon request)
  • UPI & international wallets (for India-based customers when applicable)
  • All payments must be made in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) unless otherwise stated

Ticket Confirmation:

  • You will receive an email confirmation and e-ticket immediately after successful payment.
  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • Your e-ticket is required for entry (digital or printed format is accepted).

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled.
  • In the event of cancellation, full refunds (excluding booking fees) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For rescheduled events, your ticket remains valid unless you request a refund within the window specified.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or voluntary cancellations.

Transfer & Name Changes:

  • Tickets are transferable upon request. You must contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event for a name change or transfer.
    Additional admin fees may apply.

Payment Security:


All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
